      Hi !
I saw in Softimage a really nice tool for modeling = Move component tool, "M" key.
      In Modo it's call = Element Move , "T"

I want create this for C4D too in python.

      Description :
Rather than selecting with one tool and moving your selection with another, you can use the Move Component tool move points, polygons, and edges with a single operation.

Nice option : it's weld point with this tool.

If you saw something like this before, let me known !

This is already possible in Cinema, it's the so called "Tweak" mode. Prior to R13 it was a seperate mode. Since R13 you are automatically in Tweak mode if nothing is selected. So simply deselect everything and start to tweak.

        cheers,
        Matthias

          Oh yeah ! Nice discovery.
i never try when nothing was selected..

And for the Weld Tool, i discovered when we Hold "Ctrl" it's begin to be really useful !

          Thank you Matthias !
