The Python documentation (under /modules/c4d/C4DAtom/index.html#C4DAtom.GetClone) mentions a number of COPY_* constants for C4DAtom.GetClone and C4DAtom.CopyTo. These are in fact named differently; they start with COPYFLAGS_ or COPYFLAGS_PRIVATE_.
