THE POST BELOW IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. RELATED SUPPORT INFORMATION MIGHT BE OUTDATED OR DEPRECATED

I have a user who uses the R11 License Server and has three separate Multi-Licenses (2 License 1, 2 License 2, 6 License). I have provided three serial numbers for my plugin based upon these in the format as described by Keith (which has worked previously for other users with a License Server).

He has entered them via the Add Serials button but they are not listed in the Serial Package list. Does he need to enter them individually with the correct package selected or is there a plugin limitation?

      Thanks,

Found it. My updated plugin generation code for the license server didn't write out the final '>' to file. I sure wish there was a way to testbed the license server for developers...
