Where are the full R11 COFFEE docs?

I have the R11 Addendum in both chm and html but there is no link to the full docs - not in the SDK Downloads, not in the Older SDK Downloads. It'd be nice to know what the 'major' changes were between R9.5 and R11!Thanks,
