I am looking at some older COFFEE code and it overrides a MenuPlugin class. I can't find this class in the SDK. Does this class still exist, or was it replaced with a different class?

MenuPlugin still exists. Check the COFFEE help (downloadable here). Unlike C++, most of COFFEE resides internally or in the gui.cob/coffee_symbols.h.
