When I add a couple of arrow buttons using the 'ARROW_SMALL_' value, nothing is visible. They are there, but no box or arrow shows. If I use the regular arrows, ARROW_LEFT and ARROW_RIGHT, they show but are miniscule.

Could you double check this?
