      In a dialog resource you can set layout and size flags.
      How is that information passed to a iCustomGui? I think it shall be in the settings container of the iCustomGui constructor, right? And at what ID's do I find the flag data? I'm expecially interested in the width and height information of the size flag, so my customgui shall take them and adjust its size to the settings.
