      Hi all,

i have a questions for Maxon developer.

Is possible to implement with a plugin the rendering of instances or Rendering Core must support this Feature?

Examples: any point of a grid replaced with a complex object when cinema is rendering.

Renderman and Mantra support this feature and they can render very high volume of virtual polygons at very fast speed.

I hope that my question will be understood.

      Best Regards
      Renato T.

Of course you can. You just have to write it on your own. 🙂

I don´t know. You need to figure it out yourself. Write your own algorithms and memory management. It´s not a part of the SDK and it surely goes beyond the sdk support.

If it would have been a sdk issue only, I guess someone else would have done it already. 🙂

            That´s at least my guess.
