So far I only know of three ways to add objects to the Timeline Manager's list.

      1. drag objects from OM/AM to the TL's object list area
      2. RMB menu in the AM and use the Show Track/Show F-Curve
      3. Show Tracks/Show F-Curve commands

Number 2 only works if a track exists on the object, and number 3 resets ALL toggled timeline settings I work with (show only animated, show min-max, etc.) so they're useless to me.

Is there a way to do number 1 via code (python/cpp?) I've been trying to scan through the docs and I couldn't find any relevant entries.
