What is a good way of taking care of your plugin history?
As a hard core coffee man I've used try() and Catch()
to set old versions to default values not present. Now in Python that might be helped by C++ techniques,
do you hide old versions (ID's) and simply let the new "take over"
or is there a common way of doing it within the plugin?Cheers
Lennartps. maybe time for a Python option in the topic language? ds.

Hi tcaststudios,
Python also supports try, catch. This might work in proper cases but the best solution IMHO is the use of decorators in Python. With decorators you can redirect function calls and implement a version dependency.
