Plugin ID updates

I'm lodging a suggestion/request for the Plugin ID area on the Maxon home site. I'd like to be able to rename my ID's so as to re-use ones that aren't in use, or were made out of testing reasons and are no longer valid. I have a good number of unused ID's but don't want to use them in place of other plugins because of the name.
It's only an admin thing on a users behalf, but I would find this quite useful. I'd also like to see a tick box next to the plugin ID (or maybe something like a lock icon?) that the user could switch to indicate for their own record whether the ID is in use or not (for testing or a working plugin). I know it's not a great deal but I personally would find it quite useful instead of having a whole line of ID's that are unused.
I'm aware of the 1000001-10000010 (off the top of my head) plugin ID's left available for testing. But I'd still like to see such a feature available for my own record keeping.
