is there anyone who made experiences with external distribution? I've got an offer from a maxon distribution partner. How would you handle such a distribution in things of user registration, license key etc.?

I'm thinking about an interface for THEM to my license key generator. So THEY can make the keys whenever THEY want. Certainly including an access counter...

Yep, they pass all the data to me. I contact the customer and do the rest. Never had any problems with that and am on the safe side.
