I have a beta-tester who gets an error message if he extends the sequence to frame -1 using the Timeline player controls (I'm assuming) without making a similar change in the Project settings and then does something with my plugin that creates a new key at that frame (AutoAddSequence() returns NULL). Also, if you extend the Timeline in the other direction by one frame, the sequence is not extended by one frame, but up to frame 240 (from the base 90 frames). The sequence extension is done using AutoAddSequence(). Could you provide more information about the limitations and operations of this method? I send the document and, for the BaseTime, document->GetTime() as keys are created at the current frame only.
Thanks,

What I've found is that if I use document->SetMinTime() and document->SetMaxTime() as required to update an extended Timeline before calling track->AutoAddSequence(), the sequence is extended properly.
