I'm looking for the C++ SDK to read/write cinema files.  All I can find in the download center are C++SDK documentation links or COFFEE sdk downloads, or the C++ SDK for version 6.
      thanks for any info.

The c++ sdk is actually shipped and installed with your current cinema version. All you have to do, is to compile the api, look in cinema/resource/_api_lib. Examples can be found in plugins/cinema4sdk.
