I've written an import/export bitmap filter plugin for Cinema 4D. The export filter has a set of options that control how the file is saved. When I save a file to this format using Cinema 4D's picture viewer, there's an options button that I can click to show my options dialog. This works correctly. My question comes in as I try to use this plugin with BodyPaint. I can save and load images using my filter even in BodyPaint; however, I don't see an analogous options button when I save the file. Does BodyPaint use the same BitmapSaverData::Edit() function to set the options? Does it set options at all? What is the right way to handle this situation?
Thanks,

This seems to be a general BodyPaint quirk. I can't seem to find how to set JPEG settings either. My recommendation is that you just set PLUGINFLAG_BITMAPSAVER_ALLOWOPTIONS as you should and hope that this will be fixed in the future.
