Sorry to bring this up again.
SysGetUserInfo(6) returns the Serial Server serial (or an empty string if no serial server is present).

The question remain, what is the"Serial Server serial" number?
Is it a global serial of the server ?(that should be good for "pluginbundles")
or is it the MultiLicense serial for the specific version of Cinema the
Client is using? (Less ideal for "pluginbundles" as each install will need
a separte plugin license)
