Show mouse pointer during drag.

MouseDrag() returns MOUSEDRAGRESULT_CONTINUE even if mouse is not moved. Otherwise MouseDrag() only returns if mouse is moved.
MOUSEDRAGFLAGS_EVERYPACKET
Receive every packet of the queue, otherwise only data of the last packet.
