The Resource Index is a focused way to explore Cinema 4D descriptions, icons, description data types, and node templates. Documentation search can find the same resources, but here you can inspect complete entries instead of result previews.
- Descriptions: Inspect a resource's name, symbol, source files, and parameters, including their types, flags, and values. This is useful when looking up the settings exposed by a Cinema 4D resource.
- Description data types: Browse types and flags observed in indexed description files, with examples of their use. The index reflects what the current Cinema 4D and Redshift resources use, not every possible type or flag.
- Icons: Preview icons and inspect their IDs, symbols or paths, sizes, and code examples. Similarity groups are computed algorithmically, so some icons may be grouped imperfectly.
- Node templates: Browse templates by node space and search their names, attributes, ports, and IDs. Examples show how to instantiate templates through the Nodes API.
